I have an onstar vehicle but no subscription. I tried many times to enter by pushing the onstar button, but the “onstar lady” said I could not be connected. What gives? The contest said any onstar button, even non-subscribers. I’m telling you it didn’t work. The only other way to enter is a snail mail post card.

What a RIP-OFF. What do they expect to gain? Do they expect me to buy a new $25,000 to %50,000 car for only a chance to win?

I went in to our local Chevrolet/Cadillac dealer and ask to enter the sweepstakes. He gave me the key to a Camaro which, after I turned it on, pushed the OnStar key. As the salesman watched I talked to the OnStar girl that answered. She first ask if I wanted to subscribe to OnStar or if I was the registered vehicle owner to which I said no I just wanted to enter the give-a-way sweepstakes. The reply from the girl was that she ask again why I called then hung up on me. The salesperson said that’s the first time I ever heard them hang up on someone.

I just looked at him and said I guess she knew I came in driving a Ford F-150.

I can’t believe this! We bailed them out and we are why they still even have jobs. What are we doing? I want my tax dollars back. Then maybe I could afford a new car for my kid who is a senior this year.
